We are a family-owned horse ranch on Lake Fork in the 75410. Our 26-acre ranch sits on a PRIME waterfront quiet cove with no immediate neighbors.  We have so much to do here for all ages. We share our place on a limited basis so please plan ahead as weekends and holidays book out in advance. Note 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 on Holiday weekends.

Our current rental options: Rent the Bunk Barn, Rent the Owners Lodge, Add the Cowboy Cabin to either or rent them all. We also have RV pads, cabins and RVs if addittional space is needed.

We are perfect for Reunions, Receptions, small weddings, School and Corporate events.

The Custom Bunk Barn was first constructed in 2006 but over the many years we have added to it. Presently, it has 11 bedrooms (3 up non-traditional) and low ceilings great for kids. It is centrally located on the property behind the lodge and next to the cowboy cabin. The cookout and picnic area are beside the barn. It is great for entertaining. It has Central Heat and Air. Keep in mind it is a barn, not a home as the south side sliding barn doors open to the lake side. We have so much to do for all ages; Basketball, Foosball, darts, Volleyball, Tetherball, Horseshoes, washers, badminton, kids archery, kayak, paddle board, peddle boats, canoeing, cookout, catch trophy fish on the Top Bass lake in Texas. 

The Cowboy Cabin is a remodeled 1928 farmhouse that faces the lake closest to the cove. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a working outhouse as it did back in the 20's. 

The owner's lodge was constructed in 2020 and is 2164 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths. The large entertaining area is mostly open. We can add bedding and or fold out tables and chairs in that area. Best view on the lake.

We are not a fancy place, but rather country casual and sit on a beautiful cove of the lake. Some of our buildings are finished out in barn tin and old barn wood. We love to re-purpose old materials from 100+ year old barns and ranches. Most love it however if you are looking for more of a hotel, fancy dude lodge with room service that is not us. We are in rural E.TX close to DFW between Hwy I-20 and I-30. Ten of the bedrooms are handicap accessible. If you enjoy the country lifestyle, slow pace, beautiful lake views and fresh country air we think you will enjoy our place. We ask that all guests treat our property as if it were their own as we would do the same. Leave it as you found it. UPDATE: We have additional lodging for the larger parties at our adjoining RV ranch. Also, if you are looking for a lot or pad for your tiny home or RV we offer those too even for full timers. We can also offer these for ranch guests during there stay. {Perfect for those that want a little space of their own while attending the events at the ranch.  Guests also have use of our stocked fishing ponds (catch and release)
