Bunk Barn for Rent

Overview

We are a family owned horse ranch on Lake Fork in the 75410.  Our 26 acre ranch sits directly on a quiet cove on the lake with no immediate neighbors.  We are not a business rather a private lake front property we share on limited dates throughout the year. We have a large Bunk barn with 11 bedrooms and two bathrooms with lots to do for all ages like playing pool, foosball, basketball, darts, ping pong, tether ball, horse shoes, washers (corn hole), volleyball, badmitton, kids archery, cookout on our grills, fire pits, fish, kayak, paddle board, canoeing, peddle boating, swim in our cove or just relax and watch the kids from our boat dock sit back and have a cocktail while the cool lake breeze comes in most all days.

Rental Options:
Rent the Bunk Barn (11 bedrooms (3 upstairs not traditional rooms. Low ceilings. Kids love them). Two bathrooms and one working outhouse. Rate $995 night. Housekeeping $200
Waterfront Lodge (2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, can add beds in open area) $995 night. Housekeeping $200
Cowboy Cabin (2 rooms with 6 beds, 1 bathroom) $200 night (must rent with one or both of the above) Housekeeping $60

Limited Time offer:  Rent ALL $1795.00 per night + Housekeeping $395. + 6% Tax

We require 50% of total booking to reserve your date(s). The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. Specials require paid in full at time of booking. You find these on the top page of our webpage. We do not offer refunds on any rental however we will allow a one time transfer of equal dates at no cost. We ask that you advise us at least 30 days in advance. Currently we accept; checks, cash, cash apps sorry no credit cards. We do require a CC or a cash/check as a deposit with your booking.  

We are perfect for reunions, receptions, school groups, corporate meetings & retreats etc.. We strive to provide a fun, safe, venue for our guests. If you enjoy the quiet pace and country life with no neighbors you should love us. We are a rural lakefront property. Not a corporate dude ranch.
