Cowboy Cabin

Overview

We are a family owned horse ranch on Lake Fork in the 75410.  Our 26 acre ranch sits directly on a quiet cove on the lake with no immediate neighbors.  We are not a business rather a private lake front property we share on limited dates throughout the year. We have a large Bunk barn with 11 bedrooms and two bathrooms with lots to do for all ages like playing pool, foosball, basketball, darts, ping pong, tether ball, horse shoes, washers (corn hole), volleyball, badmitton, kids archery, cookout on our grills, fire pits, fish, kayak, paddle board, canoeing, peddle boating, swim in our cove or just relax and watch the kids from our boat dock sit back and have a cocktail while the cool lake breeze comes in most all days.

In addition to the Bunk Barn we have four other cabins all within 100 feet of one another with a bathroom in each and an operating outhouse. We can sleep up to 55 in the five structures. We can allow more for day events but our pricing is for 55 people per night with a two night minimum on weekends and three on major holidays. We are not fancy, rather country casual. Some of our cabins are built with repurposed barn tin, barn wood off of old barns we took down all over the Southwest. We have antiques and western relics from 100+ years ago all over the ranch. We offer a lot for an average rate of less than $30.00 per night per person. Please feel free to check around and see who can offer sleeping for 50+ other than a hotel. Most would agree our property views are unequalled on the lake.

We require 50% of total booking to reserve your date(s). The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. Specials require paid in full at time of booking. You find these on the top page of our webpage. We do not offer refunds on any rental however we will allow a one time transfer of equal dates at no cost. We ask that you advise us at least 30 days in advance. Currently we accept; checks, cash, cash apps sorry no credit cards. We do require a CC or a cash/check as a deposit with your booking.  

We are perfect for reunions, receptions, school groups, corporate meetings & retreats etc.. We strive to provide a fun, safe, venue for our guests. If you enjoy the quiet pace and country life with no neighbors you should love us. We are a rural lakefront property not a corporate dude ranch. If you are afraid of seeing a bug, racoon, armadillo or even a fox wandering the property then you might consider a city place or hotel for your event.
